I am a finance, operations, and systems executive with a career that started in accounting and expanded into the places where organizations are most likely to strain: people infrastructure, systems visibility, governance readiness, vendor accountability, product and revenue finance, board reporting, diligence preparation, strategy, and executive decision-making.

I have worked across startup, nonprofit, SaaS, climate, and mission-driven environments, often in roles where the formal job title was only part of the work. My through-line is building the operating backbone organizations need when growth, complexity, or transition outpaces the systems they already have.

I am most effective when finance, operations, people, technology, governance, and strategy need to work together - especially in organizations that are building, scaling, stabilizing, preparing for diligence, or moving through transition.
